Signing up couldn't be easier. Simply click here to go to the Brilliant Distinctions site to register. You will initially be asked to complete an online registration form. Next, you will be directed to the Brilliant Distinctions program homepage where you can designate Dr. Plateroti as your preferred physician, make any updates to your personal information, and see your program activity. There are three different tiers of membership — Silver, Gold, and Diamond — with progressively higher rates of rewards.
