Emily has played a pivotal role in the development of the Cosmetic Dermatology Department at Plateroti Dermatology since the New Location of the office expanded to their beautiful new office in the summer of 2015. Emily is thrilled to be in a position in which she can educate patients about the most innovative methods of skin rejuvenation while maintaining proper skin-care practices. She believes, “If a patient is ready for a Cosmetic transformation externally, but is struggling internally, I work with the patient to understand that the final product, no matter how flawless, may still leave them feeling strangely, let-down. The first step in Cosmetic transformation is to create a realistic set of expectations for each individual patient. Once a realistic outcome is realized, a truly magical thing happens. It’s like watching a butterfly blossom into their own unique self; each one a light to behold.” Emily is transparent in her desired to help Patients achieve Cosmetic goals that align with a higher-vibrancy of their true, inner-self. Our Cosmetic team is the best on the Central Coast and will leave each patient feeling better about their Cosmetic choices through a process of education, preparation and continued support.
